Please note! It is important to have the following information ready when contacting Customer Support team:

• Exact name of the product (including translation directions and the version number) OR Article Number OR Product ID
• License number (for purchased versions)
• Your operating system - version, locale, service pack.
• Description of the problem
• If there was an error message please provide us with the exact text of that message.

During the phone call it is helpful to be in front of the computer where the problem has occurred.
