Please note! It is important to have the following information ready when contacting Customer Support team:
- Exact name of the product (including translating directions and the version number) OR Article Number OR Product ID
- Licence number (for purchased versions)
- Name of your Operating System it's version, localisation, service pack installed.
- Orderly description of the problem
- If there was an error message please provide us with exact text of that message.
While being consulted over the phone it is helpful to be in front of the computer where the problem has occurred.
