Withdrawal of support for PROMT 9.0 and 9.5
From July 5, 2016, owners of PROMT 9.0 and 9.5 translators won't be able to further take advantage of discounted updates and get technical support.
From July 5, technical support is discontinued to users of PROMT Personal and PROMT Standard translators (removed from sale since April 2014) as well as 9.0 and 9.5 versions of PROMT Professional, PROMT Freelance, PROMT Expert and PROMT Translation Server. To receive further free consultations, it's necessary to update PROMT translator
before July 5.
What changes from July 5?
July 5, 2016 is a support end date for PROMT 9.0 and PROMT 9.5 programs, their owners will be no longer able to:
- get PROMT technical support specialists' free consultations,
- take advantage of a 50% discount on translator update.
How to update the translator to PROMT 11?
Until July 5, all owners of PROMT 9.0 – 9.5 have the last chance to update their translators for half price:
• For home users – go to the online store
• For corporate users – send an update request
From July 5, 2016, discounted update will be still valid only for users of PROMT 10 programs.
