To successfully install and run the software, ensure your system meets the requirements described in this section.

Here are the requirements a computer has to meet:

Intel Core i5 processor or higher/ AMD Ryzen 3 processor or higher, with a minimum of 6 cores (8 cores are recommended)
RAM: at least 8GB for a two-model delivery set (one language pair) If concurrent translation in more language pairs is planned, this will require an increase in RAM for additional 2 GB per language model for the respective language pairs.
Free disk space: at least 10 GB
(30 GB minimum – in case the database of contexts is installed locally).
Operating system (only 64-bit versions are supported):
•   Microsoft Windows 8.1
•   Microsoft Windows 10, starting from Windows10 Anniversary Update
•   Microsoft Windows 11

Notice:

To increase the translation speed, you can use a video card (graphics processing unit, GPU), compatible with your OS* with at least 8 GB of dedicated video RAM** and support of CUDA 12.

* Ensure that the latest GPU drivers for the respective OS are installed.
